    Hiya! I don’t necessarily have a specific workout routine/regime but I am a gymnast and a dancer so I do quite a lot of core work, arm strengthening, leg workouts with weights along with quite a lot of back and leg flexibility. At home I have to do a little bit extra too just to obtain my strength and do so about half an hour at home out of the studios. I would say one of my goals for 2016, is to be happy but to also continue blogging.

    I lift weights 5-6 days a week. I try to do cardio at least 5 days a week.

    Hi! I want to be healthy! All around healthy. I work out at my gym 2/3 days a week, I run, play softball, roller skate, dance whenever possible, and I walk the kids to school! I will run the Wings for life world run in May and plan on doing another Spartan race this year! I am striving to be my best self! ❤️ cute workout stuff Kristen! I want your abs!
