It’s officially winter and Los Angeles was feeling the cold weather this weekend – brrrrr! I’ve been spending a lot of time in doors these days, enjoying the Christmas tree, making dinners and hanging out with friends at the apartment. But when it’s time to get out, the layers are key! I love leather jackets and feel it’s always a great way to incorporate a little ‘rocker chic’ into your outfit. It was freezing and starting to rain but we took a couple snaps in the neighborhood, followed by a delicious cocktail at Messhall and pizza at Little Doms. Quite the perfect day if you ask me! Wishing you all wonderful times with friends, family and more.

It’s been so great to have some time to get out and take photos. This is, one if my favorite parts of being a blogger. Even though I still get a little camera shy, it’s fun to get creative with style and photography.
Jacket - Ever // Top – All Saints // Necklace – c/o Left of Right // Cuff – c/o Benah // Shoes – F21
I added a couple pieces to my wardrobe that I am really loving. First, my new faux leather pants by SL8. I’ve worn them multiple times – dates, bowling, blogging events, dinner, and every time I wear them, I feel great in them. Super great purchase for only $40 form Loehmanns. The necklace, oh the necklace. I know this is a stunner, because I’ve received multiple compliments within the first hours of wearing. It is a complimented piece from a new jewelry site offering wearing art pieces – j’adore! Left of Right provides a free-spirited aesthetic that represents the wearer’s lifestyle. I love the tribal aesthetic here, and the fact that you could put this on with simple plain t-shirt, and that’s on you need.
The top was recent purchase because I needed something to wear and I didn’t have time to go home and change. Somehow I walked out of Bloomingdales with this gorgeous oxblood All Saints top. I’m not complaining!
I have more to share of another shoot I did this weekend, so make sure to check back to the blog. Plus, I have a giveaway coming up from Jewel Mint.
